About this item
- Metric/Imperial Dual-Format Clamp: The CARVALAX Eccentric Flaring Tool Kit integrates metric (6/9/10/12/16/19mm) and imperial (1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4") sizes into a single clamp, eliminating the need for multiple tools. Its quick-release single-screw design allows effortless clamping and unclamping of pipes.
- 45° Precision Flaring with Exact Tool-Clamp Alignment: The CARVALAX eccentric flaring tool and precision-engineered clamp work together to achieve exact positioning during flaring. The hardened steel eccentric cone uniformly expands metal through controlled rotation, while the clamp’s adjustable alignment guides ensure the tool is precisely positioned relative to the pipe. This tool-clamp synergy guarantees a wear-free 45° flare with no deformation, ensuring a leak-proof seal that is critical for HVAC systems and refrigeration applications, even on soft metals like copper, brass, and aluminum.
- Durable & Impact-Resistant Construction: Built with forged alloy materials, the tool withstands heavy-duty use and frequent impacts. The precision-engineered eccentric cone and clamps maintain consistent performance over time, even under high pressure. This robust construction ensures reliability in industrial and professional settings.
- Ergonomic & Safe Operation: The tool’s ergonomically designed curves provide a secure, fatigue-free grip. Its precision-machined components prevent pipe or tool damage caused by over-tightening. The intuitive single-screw mechanism simplifies operation, reducing the risk of user error during critical tasks.
- All-in-One Tool Kit for Diverse Applications: The CARVALAX Eccentric Flaring Tool Kit includes essential tools for efficient pipe work: a 45° eccentric flaring tool, a metric/imperial dual-format clamp, a pipe cutter (1/4" to 1 1/4"), and a precision deburring tool. Packaged in a durable, compartmentalized hard case for easy transport and storage, making it ideal for HVAC repairs, refrigeration maintenance, plumbing projects systems, and general industrial tasks.
